Production / Processing Time

Because all of our items are hand-printed to order, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be printed, packed, and handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Options & Timelines (U.S. Domestic)

We partner with Printify’s U.S. print providers, so the standard shipping time for your order is 2-5 business days. 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates depend on product type, print provider, shipping method, and delivery destination.

  • The shipping cost is not included in the base product price and will be shown to you at checkout.

  • If you order multiple items, additional items may incur incremental shipping costs (rather than full cost for each).

Shipping Carriers / Tracking

  • We (through Printify’s print providers) use common carriers such as USPS, DHL, OnTrac, and others depending on your location and the print provider.

  • Tracking is available for most orders, and we will send you a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address information.

  • In rare cases, packages may be delivered to a nearby postal office, locker, or parcel center rather than your exact address, depending on the carrier’s routing.

  • If the carrier reports the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us and we’ll assist in investigating with the carrier.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of the reported delivery date with photos (for damage) or notification of non-receipt.

  • We’ll coordinate with the print provider and carrier to resolve the issue — which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Exceptions & Additional Notes

  • For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or remote areas, delivery may take longer than standard windows.

  • In some cases, not all shipping methods are available for all products or locations.

  • Once an order enters the printing/fulfillment queue, shipping method changes or upgrades may not be feasible.
