Refund policy

At UnmaskTees, every item is hand-printed to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except in cases where there is an issue with the item itself.

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

• If you receive an item that has a defect, print error, or significant sizing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

• After 12 hours, your order is already being printed and prepared for shipment, so cancellations are no longer possible.

Why We Have This Policy

Each product is made to order and shipped as quickly as possible. Because of this custom process, we cannot accommodate late cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
